Andy Beard - Internet Business Systems Discussion: Keyword Research Nitrous Oxide

  • TryBPO · 5 months ago
We run a BPO out of the Philippines and have the additional labor resources, but putting together effective keyword lists is an extremely burdensome task. I'll definitely make a bookmark of this for future clients...very useful.

Wow thanks for all the lists ive been trying to come up with some keywords to make sites for but it has been very slow going.

try wordstream for researching, organizing and grouping keyword niches. Check out this video: http://www.wordstream.com/ppc-tutorial

    Hi Larry

I am sorry but for this particular keyword research process, WordStream is just frustrating and doesn't provide the data needed.

If I enter Acne into your keyword discovery tool, you come back with 174 keywords, but none of the additional data I need.
Then to drill down those keywords I would have to export them into something, delete all the additional data the "copy keywords" adds.
But then you discover that you can only add 10 seed keywords, but which ones of the 174?

I am sure some users find your tool suitable, I just find that frustrating.

I want to enter a few root phrases, and immediately have 1000s of keywords already grouped, all the data I need to make a decision, identify a market within I can compete, etc.

WordStream just isn't that tool, from what I can see

To be honest I'm on the same page as Andy, Wordstream comes up with different variations in most of the cases where I used it. It might depend on the keyword search, but I go back to my good old Wordtracker 99% of the time.

I do want to give this Nitrous Oxide a go though.

Thanks again for the opportunity to show the power of KeywordTitan before our official launch. If anyone is interested in working with the tool more extensively, please email our support team at support@keywordtitan.zendesk.com and mention the code NitrousOxide in the text. We'll give anyone who would like to try it a free prebuilt list of their choice (a $15 value).

By the way - some have wondered where they can search/browse the list of prebuilt lists to select from. You can find that list here:

    http://keywordtitan.com/products

The search bar on the right hand sidebar will let you search the list and see if we have something that would be useful for your niche.

Andy, I get an error when trying to get to Howie's list. Are you having any problems at the moment?

I have been having some minor issues on this site whilst experimenting with some site optimization tools, but nicheexposed.com seems to be working, as does imremarkable.com itself.

    Now it works. Thanks ;)

This looks like a really great tool. Did I miss the price somewhere? I'm just wondering how much the tool would cost me so I can make a bunch of lists of my own. I do some freelance PPC work for websites on the side and making a good keyword list seems to take forever. I'd really like to get a tool that makes the process a lot faster and more efficient.

You pay per list, currently $15 for a pre-compiled list or $30 based on the root keywords you choose

If you pay for a list, that doesn't end up in the global pool

The alternative is a $100 subscription with a certain amount of usage credits.which for agencies, large corporates in multiple verticals, or highly active niche marketers is probably a better deal.

Here are the options you can make at KeywordTitan:

PreBuilt lists for $15: These are existing lists based on broad keywords that we have chosen to sell en masse - you get all of the analyze services of a Custom List with these.

    http://keywordtitan.com/products/prebuilt-lists

Custom Lists for $30: Build a list of thousands of keywords based on your primary keyword(s) of your choosing. All automated with our revolutionary technology that automates professional keyword list creation methods.

    http://keywordtitan.com/products/custom-list

Subscription $100/month: Access to all Prebuilt Lists (150+), unlimited building of custom lists (3 processed at a time), access to our Master database of millions of keywords for brainstorming - the master database includes the ability to filter by estimated search volume, position 1 PPC cost, competing pages, PPC competitiveness and more, everything you get to filter for on a custom list.

    http://keywordtitan.com/products

Hope these answered your product questions. As mentioned in the post - get a free Prebuilt List by mentioning "Nitrous Oxide" in an email to support@keywordtitan.zendesk.com.

    Thanks,

What does the $100 subscription cover that is extra to just buying the lists, I'm not sure which to go for now?
  • AndyBeard · 5 months ago
A precompiled list might cover "arts & crafts"

A custom list might cover "knitting" or "yarn"

A subscription would allow you to create multiple custom lists, and have unlimited access to precompiled lists.
That is useful so that you can get a fell within a broad niche first, so you can narrow down primary keywords to generate a custom list from.

    Hi HR Software -

You can see the product options in the post above - thanks for your interest.

after reading this post, i went to the keyword titan website to check it out. so far, i like what i see and might test run a couple lists. i'm a small-time, solo internet marketer and i have no problems paying a little here and there (within reason of course) for services/tools which help streamline tasks, save time, and increase productivity. with so many products on the market these days, it's hard to pick out the good stuff from the bad until you go through the motions of reading reviews and test driving the product itself...

Sounds interesting but why is it any better than google free keyword research tools? I would like to know what you think the key benefit over the google tool?
  • GBG Home Business Guy · 4 months ago
Thanks for the info, Andy ... I always enjoy coming to this site. I've been using Market Samurai for a while now, but KT seems like it may have better functionality - especially when it comes to time saved. I'll have to look at this further - thanks.

I'm just wondering how much the tool would cost me so I can make a bunch of lists of my own. I do some freelance PPC work for websites on the side and making a good keyword list seems to take forever. thanks for the stuff.
  • AndyBeard · 4 months ago
The price is the price they charge monthly, for unlimited use

A bargain if you work with lots of PPC clients.

I will be posting about a couple of more recent tools as well soon.
  • MonikaL · 4 months ago
